This wonderful community on the British Virgin Island of Tortola is the home of many seasoned yachtsmen and is now available for vacation/residential home sites. After spending time on this beautiful island, our staff has designed three complete furniture packages that perfectly fit the communities’ ideal and lifestyle. They include everything you would need to move in from soup spoons to patio furniture. With the Pelican and the Elizabeth Blocks coming along nicely the first of these all inclusive packages could be installed in early spring 2008.

We have had the great privilege to be awarded the contract to offer complete turn-key furniture packages for the new condo owners at Grande Villas Residences at Indian Beach, North Carolina. Our furniture packages carry out this theme and further extend the beautiful surrounds into each room. The three furniture packages being offered were specifically designed for the lifestyle that the developer is creating. With 9 different floor plans our three design styles are customized to complement the various interior features offered by the developer creating a unique environment for each unit.
Sirenusa
St. John, USVI
Halfway up the gently sloping mountains, 600 feet above Cruz Bay on St John, USVI is the location of Sirenusa, an elegant enclave of just forty villa residences. Elena Marzano of Sirenusa and Sarah Chapman from Chapman Enterprises have designed three exquisite furniture packages for the units. These packages have the perfect mix of furniture and decorative furnishings to complement the building, the view of Cruz Bay and the beautifully unique environment that is present at Sirenusa. These furniture packages are absolutely complete and complement the masterful architectural design that has maximized indoor/outdoor island living with large private sunning terraces, private gardens, coral stone patios, arches and floor-to-ceiling window walls. The Sirenusa furniture packages include: Furniture, decorative furnishings, linens, towels, patio furniture, house wares package, kitchen package and more. A value added service provided for the Sirenusa clients include procurement, state side receiving, warehousing, consolidation, container packing, overseas shipping, insurance, transport to Sirenusa, furniture and furnishing installation and debris removal.

We have a wonderful on going working relationshiop with A.I.P. We supply their turn key furniture packages to the rental properties department. We provide their staff with all the material necessary to furnish complete packages to their rental property owners. We also do the white glove delivery and installation service to the property.
Ocean Terrace Inn
St. Kitts, BWI
This was on of our first off-shore projects in 1995. The property was re-modeling the hotel rooms. We worked with the architect (Lane Pettigrew – Miami, Fl.) suppling the custom built in seating, soft goods, case goods, mattresses and lighting.
Serenity Cottage
Anguilla, BWI
We started at the beginning of the construction and were able to advice and supply materials for constructions stages of the residential units. We also designed complete furniture and kitchen packages for the units complete with the lock-off portions that are used as single hotel rooms. This property is has been so successful that they are going to expand and build two additional buildings in the summer of 2005 and we very much look forward to returning the Serenity.
